RETURN , EXCHANGE & ALTERATION

Custom made Garments

• We offer free alterations within 30 days from the date of delivery, available only within India.
• Custom made garments are not eligible for Return & exchange
• Custom made garments are manufactured only on a made to order basis

Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Garments

• RTW garments are not eligible for alterations, except for garment length.
• Returns or exchanges for RTW items will only be accepted if :
  • The garment is unused and unwashed .
  • All original tags are intact
• We reserve the right to decline any return if the garment fails our internal quality check.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the garment.
• No alterations, exchanges, or refunds are allowed on Sale items.
• We do not offer alterations / exchanges / refunds for customers based outside India.
