We offer one free alteration for custom-made garments.
Any additional alterations after the first free one may incur extra charges depending on the required changes.
RTW (Ready-to-Wear) garments are not eligible for alterations.

Yes, size changes are possible only if the order has not gone into production yet.

There may be an additional charge for extra-large or tall sizes depending on the extra fabric and workmanship required.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and approved during quality check.

Returns are accepted only as per our return guidelines. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect product, damage, defect), return shipping is free.
Otherwise, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
