Custom Made Garments : No refund or exchange allowed. only alteration will be done by us within 30 days from delivery date.

Returns or exchanges for RTW items will only be accepted if :

• Garments should be returned within 7 days from delivery date.
• The garment is unused and unwashed
• All original tags are intact
• We reserve the right to decline any return if the garment fails our internal quality check.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the garment.
• No alterations, exchanges, or refunds are allowed on Sale items.
• We do not offer alterations / exchanges / refunds for customers based outside India
